Artwork guidelines
Send a print-ready PDF in CMYK at 300 dpi with 3 mm bleed on every edge, important content 3 mm inside the trim, and fonts embedded or outlined.
What file formats do you accept?
PDF (preferred), AI, EPS, PSD, TIFF, and high-resolution PNG or JPG. Canva and Word files are fine; export Canva as "PDF Print" with crop marks and bleed.
What is bleed and why do I need it?
Bleed is 3 mm of extra background beyond the trim line. Cutting has a tiny tolerance, so without bleed you can get thin white edges.
Checklist before you send
- Colour mode CMYK (not RGB)
- Images 300 dpi at final size
- 3 mm bleed on all sides
- Text and logos at least 3 mm inside the trim
- Fonts embedded or converted to outlines
- Black text as 100% K, rich black only for large areas
What if my file isn't ready?
Send it anyway. We check every file and flag problems on the proof, or our design team can fix it for a small fee.
