What are your opening hours?
Monday to Saturday, 9am to 8pm. We're closed on Sundays and public holidays.
What is the fastest way to reach you?
WhatsApp. Send a message or files any time and we reply during opening hours, usually within the hour.
Can I visit the workshop?
Yes. Walk in during opening hours to see paper samples, discuss a job or collect an order. Call ahead for large or complex jobs.
Can I send artwork on WhatsApp?
Yes. PDF, AI, PSD, PNG and JPG files all work on WhatsApp. For files over 100 MB, use email or a WeTransfer link.
How do I pay?
Bank transfer, JazzCash, Easypaisa or cash on collection. Business accounts can be invoiced after approval.
Do you deliver outside the city?
Yes. We courier to every city in Pakistan, usually in 1–2 working days to major cities.
