Sultani Printing Point only uses your details and files to quote, print and deliver your order. We never sell your data, never reuse your artwork, and delete files on request.
Who we are

What information do we collect?
- Contact details you give us: name, phone or WhatsApp number, email, company name and delivery address
- Order details: products, specifications, quantities, deadlines and notes
- Artwork, logos, photos and text you send us for printing
- Payment confirmations (we never see or store card, bank or wallet passwords or PINs)
- Basic technical data such as browser type and pages visited, used only to keep the website working well
How do we use it?
- To prepare quotes, digital proofs and invoices
- To print, pack and deliver your order, and contact you about it
- To keep records required for accounting and tax purposes
- To send our monthly print notes, only if you subscribed (unsubscribe any time)
Your artwork and designs
Your artwork remains your property. We use it only to print your order, never show it in our portfolio without your permission, and never sell or share it. Files are kept for 12 months so reorders are easy, then deleted. Ask us any time to delete them sooner.
Who do we share information with?
We do not sell or rent personal information. We share only what is needed to complete your order:
- Courier companies, which receive your name, phone and delivery address
- WhatsApp and email providers, when you choose to contact us through them
- Authorities, only when required by Pakistani law
Your basket and cookies
Your basket is stored only in your own browser (local storage) until you send the order; it is not sent to us before then. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
How long do we keep it?
Order and invoice records are kept as required for accounting (normally 6 years). Artwork files are kept for 12 months. Enquiries that do not become orders are deleted after 12 months.
Your rights
- Ask for a copy of the information we hold about you
- Ask us to correct anything that is wrong
- Ask us to delete your information and files, unless we must keep them by law
- Unsubscribe from our emails at any time
