About these terms

These terms apply to every order placed with Sultani Printing Point, Faisalabad, whether through this website, WhatsApp, phone, email or in person. By approving a proof or paying for an order, you agree to them.

Quotes and prices

• Prices shown on the website are estimates in Pakistani Rupees (PKR)
• The final price is confirmed with your proof or written quote and is valid for 14 days
• Paper and material costs change; quotes older than 14 days are re-checked before printing
• Design work, rush jobs, special finishes and delivery outside Faisalabad may cost extra and are always quoted first

Orders and proofs

• Nothing is printed until you approve a proof in writing (WhatsApp or email is fine)
• You are responsible for checking spelling, numbers, dates, contact details and layout on the proof
• Mistakes visible on an approved proof are not reprinted free
• Changes after approval may delay the job and may be charged

Your artwork

• You confirm you own, or have permission to use, every logo, image and text you send
• We will not print anything illegal, defamatory or that infringes someone else's trademark or copyright
• Low-resolution or RGB files are flagged on the proof; if you choose to proceed, results may differ from the screen

Payment

• New customers pay 50% in advance for custom work and the balance before delivery or on collection
• Standard products can be paid in full on order or on collection
• We accept bank transfer, JazzCash, Easypaisa and cash
• Approved business accounts may be invoiced on agreed terms

Turnaround and delivery

• Turnaround times are counted in working days from proof approval and payment
• Delivery dates are estimates; we are not liable for courier delays beyond our control
• Risk passes to you when the order is collected or handed to the courier
• Please check your order on delivery and keep the packaging if something is wrong

Colour and quantity tolerances

We print to calibrated colour profiles. Small differences between your screen and paper, between paper stocks, and between print runs are normal and are not a print fault. For colour-critical work, ask for a paid hard-copy proof. Bulk runs may vary by up to 2% in quantity.

Reprints and refunds

• If a fault is ours (colour drift from the approved proof, misprint, wrong stock, trimming or finishing error), we reprint free
• Report problems within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order reference
• Faulty items may need to be returned or collected
• Custom printed products cannot be returned for change of mind
• Our liability is limited to reprinting or refunding the affected items

Cancellations

You can cancel free of charge before you approve the proof. After approval, work already done (design, plates, materials, printing) is charged.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and disputes fall under the courts of Faisalabad. For questions about these terms, contact +92 311 6629804.
